The company SHALI was founded in 1993 - by George Shalibashvili.
The new registration of the firm took place according to the new legislation in 1996.

The company began business from the Real Estate Service.
In the further period the firm developed and has united in itself other spheres of activity.
Now SHALI LTD is a business group.

In 1997 - Shali LTD made its own factory to manufacture the  first advertising 
safety matches in Georgia (to this day sole).

Since 1998 it has been carrying out  topo-geodesic research works, engineering geodesy, examination.

In 2000 it began selling universal covers specially for greenhouses.
SHALI AGRO INVEST

Since 2001 - Tourism, high quality service, group, individual
and family tours, camping, setting up scientific and cinematic expeditions,
tourist programs in every season. 
SHALI TOUR

Since 2003 it has been reconstructing and installing old metal and wooden
greenhouses, working out greenhouse constructions for beginner farmers.

Since 2004 - it has offered various inventions of Georgian inventors;
Manufacturing equipments and machine tools  for any assignment by order.

Since 2004 - Sales of ecological fertilizers and means for protection of plants.
